Muffett Engineering Solutions supplies splined shafts to diverse industries. We manufacture to tooth specifications including BS, JIS, DIN and ANSI, and can accommodate customers’ own specifications as well.

We can produce bespoke racks to your required specifications, in order to ensure the highest level of precision-engineering and gear assembly solutions.

Milling
Our expert in-house engineers provide precision milling on four CNC machining centres with 4th axis, capable of highly complex geometry using the latest CAD/CAM software, which is ideal for demanding applications such as those in the medical and aerospace sectors. Our equipment is overseen by highly skilled engineers.
Turning
Muffett Engineering Solutions offers expert turning for precision-engineered components and gearbox components, using eight state-of-the-art CNC lathes. Working with exceptional technological capability, our highly skilled and committed engineers get the very best out of every project.
